Betty Jean Kerr People’s Health Centers’ approach to health care focuses on the family and the community. The providers and staff are dedicated to making patients the first priority. People’s along with Amanda L. Murphy Hopewell Mental Health Center staff share a common mission: to improve the health status and quality of life for all residents of the St. Louis metropolitan community by providing, in a culturally sensitive manner, comprehensive primary, behavioral health and related services directly and through collaborations and partnerships.
