Crider Health Center believes in a wrap-around philosophy to health care and provides mental, primary and dental health care to its clients and their families. In order to accomplish this vision, Crider Center forms partnerships in the community with other local agencies and governmental entities to not only take care of physical and mental health needs, but to also ensure that the people they serve have adequate and healthy nourishment, housing, and the skills that they need to achieve their fullest potential by living healthy and productive lives.
